training tools,

your Sales and Marketing Program",
which have helped thousands of
self-storage managers take their
operations to a higher level. He
regularly writes articles for industry
publications, including, Inside Self
Storage magazine, for which he is a
recognized columnist. In
addition, Brad often speaks at various
state and national self-storage
conventions.

addition to self-storage, Brad has

more than seven years, he headed
up a Business Ministry within his
local church, with an aim of inspiring
others to pursue dreams of business
ownership. He advocates
start-ups that create passive and
residual income and opportunities for
financial freedom and success.
Brad speaks on these topics at various
churches and has advised and consulted
with thousands of small business
owners, helping them improve their
operations. He has a great
desire to help people fulfill their
